  • 300 grams of strong bread flour
  • 1 teaspoon of instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 100-milliliter passata
  • A handful of fresh or dried basil
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 125 grams of mozzarella cheese slice
  • A handful of grated or shaved parmesan
  • Some cherry tomatoes
  • Basil leaves (optional)
  • Take some flour, yeast, and salt in a large bowl to stir them
  • Take 200 ml of water and olive oil and put them in the mixture to make a wet dough
  • Turn a slightly floured surface and knead it for 5 minutes
  • Now put a towel on it and set it aside
  • If you want a thick crust pizza, let the dough rise
  • Add passata, Basil, salt and crushed garlic and mix them to make a paste

  • Now dough rise, knead it for another 2 minutes and divide it into 2 balls
