Direction to make the recipe Egg fried rice

First of all, take some rice and cook them according to pack’s instructions

Afterwards, drain them and spread them to steam dry and set them aside

Take a large wok and add 2 tablespoons of oil in it to heat

Put onion in it and fry it until it turns brown

Afterwards, add the rice to the onion and stir them for around 3 minutes

Take the remaining oil and add it into the wok

Afterwards, tip in the egg mixture

After cooking it for a little while, mix it with the rice

Stir fast to get a coat on the grains or make the egg chunkier

Let it set for a bit longer before it breaks up and stirs through

Lastly, serve it in a serving bowl and put spring onions on it
